How do I pay for my order?

Qimsha does not process payments upfront. Once you send your order to the restaurant via WhatsApp or Telegram, you will arrange payment directly with them (typically Cash on Delivery, Mobile Money, or a direct bank transfer).

Why do I need to share my location?

Your location is used to calculate precise distances to restaurants and is automatically attached to your order message so delivery drivers can find you without needing to call for directions.

Who handles the delivery?

Deliveries are fulfilled directly by the restaurant's own fleet or their partnered local couriers. This ensures your food goes straight from the kitchen to your door.

How much does it cost to list my restaurant?

Claiming your basic profile and receiving routed orders from Qimsha is currently free. We believe in helping restaurants retain their revenue.

How do I update my menu or opening hours?

Once you claim your restaurant profile, you will gain access to partner support to request instant menu modifications, price changes, or updated opening hours.

Do I need a special tablet or POS system?

No. Orders arrive directly to the WhatsApp or Telegram number you designate. If your staff has a smartphone, you are ready to accept Qimsha orders.
