2. Platform Role and Order Routing

Qimsha operates strictly as a premium discovery and digital routing directory. We facilitate connection between diners and restaurants by drafting structured intent.

• We do not process payments, prepare food, or manage delivery logistics.
• All transactions, fulfillment timelines, and quality assurances are the sole responsibility of the respective restaurant partner.
• By using our quick-order routing via third-party messaging apps (such as WhatsApp or Telegram), you acknowledge that Qimsha is not liable for network latency or unfulfilled orders.

3. Partner Accounts & Claims

Restaurants utilizing the Qimsha platform to display menus or accept routed orders must ensure all pricing, operating hours, and menu item descriptions are accurate. If you are a restaurant owner claiming a verified page, you agree to maintain the standard of quality our community expects. Qimsha reserves the right to un-verify or remove listings that consistently receive poor community feedback.

4. Intellectual Property

The Qimsha name, architectural design system, logo, and proprietary curation structure are the exclusive property of Qimsha. Restaurant partners retain ownership of their respective logos and trademarked item names.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qimsha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the discovery platform or the fulfillment (or lack thereof) of any food orders.
